Dear Entrepreneur,

The Minnesota Venture Capital Conference is an opportunity for you to reach angel investors, venture capitalists, investment bankers, business partners, merger and acquisition candidates, employees, the media, service providers and customers.  Being selected to participate in a presenting role at the Conference is an indication that your company has met a certain threshold of excellence.

The Conference focuses on two primary markets; NetSuds (telecom, datacom, IT and Internet) and MedicalSuds (medtech, biotech and life sciences).  While we will consider exciting companies outside of those 2 general categories, your company must be truly exceptional.

There is no fee to apply.  If selected, your fee is $1490 and includes 2 registrations for the Conference as well as 2 registrations for our Presentations Skills Workshop starting April 11.

Each selected company will be given an opportunity to make a 15-minute presentation, be profiled in the Conference Program and be profiled on our website.  We will also be sending your company profile to each investor attending.  We expect a high concentration of investors at our Conference.

The application deadline is March 27, 2002.  The selections will be finalized absolutely no later than April 4, 2002.  Applications are no longer being accepted for the 2002 Conference.

Please fill out the short application.  Email your Executive Summary to entap@netsuds.com as soon as you finish the application.  Your Executive Summary must include management team member names, their bios, your addressable market size, your differentiating value proposition, and your projected financials.  We will be contacting you if we need additional information.
