Frequently Asked Questions - FAQs

1.  How many investors attend the MN VC Conference?
From 2002-2004, we had 60-80 VCs, angels and investment bankers attend each year.  Approximately 50% come from within Minnesota.
2.  How is the Conference related to NetSuds and MedSuds?
The Conference is a production of NetSuds.com, Inc.  NetSuds.com, Inc. operates using both the NetSuds and MedSuds brands; depending on the markets served.
3.  What is the purpose of each conference?
The purpose of the MNVCC is to hook up investors with ventures.  Investors include angel investors, venture capitalists and investment bankers.  Ventures include IT, telecom, datacom, Internet, medtech, biotech and life sciences companies in need of capital.

The purpose of the MASVF Conference is to educate entrepreneurs and potential angel investors.  Additionally, the conference is meant to recruit and place angels as either limited partners, general partners or other types of investors in networks or VC funds.  The conference is also meant as an annual forum for exploring new paradigms for investment, introduce investors and entrepreneurs to each other and generally support seed stage investing in the midwest USA.
